A back light assembly and a display device having the same are provided to form an end of a fixing member as a hook shape and to easily assemble and disassemble an inverter circuit board and a cover member combined with a support member. Plural fixing members(751) are integrally formed at the rear of a support member(75) in order to support an inverter circuit board(73) and a cover member(77). A portion of the rear of the support member is cut so that the fixing member is formed. An opening region is formed at the rear of the support member. The fixing member is elastically combined with a combining hole(771) of the cover member. An end of the fixing member is again curved and preferably formed as a hook shape so that the fixing member and the combining hole are elastically combined. The fixing member is formed by pressing the support member.
