An apparatus and a method for manufacturing the cotton for health are provided to reduce the manufacturing cost due to an automatic system. In the raw material projection process(S10), natural cotton, additives and the synthetic resin cotton and the like of constant ratios, respectively, are projected into a mixer. The projected raw materials are mixed with the mixer(S20). The completed mixing cotton is transferred to a carding machine and carded(S30). The carded health cotton is drawn from the carding machine, transferred and then compressed with a constant thickness(S40). The compressed health cotton is cut with a constant length(S50). |
