A two-component mixing type pre-filled syringe requiring less storage area and increased in operability without impairing the medicine storage stability of a conventional two-component mixing type pre-filled syringe. The pre-filled syringe (1) comprises a nozzle member (20), a barrel (10) having a bypass (13) swelling to the radial outer side, a tip gasket (60) sealing the tip of the barrel (10), an intermediate gasket (70) partitioning, airtight, the inside of the barrel (10) into a front chamber (11) and a rear chamber (12) storing a liquid agent (L), and a plunger gasket (80) positioned on the base end side more than the intermediate gasket (70) and sealing the inside of the barrel (10). The intermediate gasket (70) further comprises at least one seal part (71) in contact with the inner wall of the barrel (10) and a bypass communication passage (72) allowing the front chamber (11) to communicate with the rear chamber (12) in association with the bypass (13).
