<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To generate sterilized water by mixing sodium hypochlorite and diluted hydrochloric acid after introducing raw water into a reformer and reforming it. <P>SOLUTION: An apparatus comprises a water reformer for drawing water to finely grain it, a first chemical tank stored with hydrochloric acid, a second chemical tank stored with diluted hydrochloric acid, and a mixer connected to the water reformer, the first chemical tank and the second chemical tank to mix reformed water, sodium hypochlorite and an acid, wherein the water reformer includes a vessel filled with a ceramic powdered material, a water inlet port for introducing the raw water from one end part of a flow channel in the vessel or its vicinity, and a water outlet port for flowing out the reformed water from other end part of the flow channel or its vicinity. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
