OPTICAL PLATE, BACKLIGHT ASSEMBLY HAVING THIS, AND DISPLAY DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical plate for improving light efficiency, a backlight assembly having this, and a display device.

SOLUTION: An optical plate includes a base and multiple prisms. The prisms include recesses formed in a vertex. The prisms are formed on the base to improve the uniformity coefficient of light going via the base and emit the light. Consequently, the light efficiency can be improved by scattering the light provided from a back plane by means of the prisms having the recesses formed in the vertex, while minimizing the occurrence of a dark area and emission line.
