<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To present display data to be displayed on a first terminal screen on a second terminal screen and to perform conversion to the display data effectively using original meaning between the first terminal screen and the second terminal screens different in size, for example, between a PC and a cellular phone. <P>SOLUTION: In receipt of a browsing request from the cellular phone, a content file depicted for the PC is read, and layout recognition data, which is displayed in unique colors while sectioned by structure units for each display area, are generated. When the recognition data are rendered, a layout for a structure unit is recognized, and based on recognized layout information, a layout for the cellular phone is rearranged.
