<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a self-standing packaging bag for a microwave oven which is excellent in self-standing stability, content filling adaptability and exhibition effect over the counter without being overturned during the turn on a tray even when the packaging bag is heated in a microwave oven in a self-standing state, capable of automatically dropping the internal pressure, safely performing the heat-cooking without spilling any content, withstanding the boil/retort sterilization, and can be manufactured with good manufacturing efficiency. <P>SOLUTION: The self-standing packaging bag is used for heating by a microwave oven, and kept in a self-standing manner by allowing a bottom part thereof to be longitudinally expanded by a filled content. An easily steam-passing means 17 to discharge steam is formed above a side seal part of the packaging bag, and a semi-circular cutout part 1 is formed in right and left sides of a returning-back part of a bottom member 4 at the position inward of an end by 30-40 mm.
