<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation support system of a machine tool capable of easily adjusting relative positions between a machining tool and workpiece in the machine tool by an operator. <P>SOLUTION: The operation support system of a machine tool has a control means, a memory means, and a display means 30. Three-dimensional shape data for displaying a three-dimensional shape model of the machine tool 100 is stored in the control means, and the control means displays the three-dimensional shape model of the machine tool on the display means on the basis of three-dimensional shape data. The machine tool 100 comprises an adjusting means for moving a part of components of the machine tool in a designated direction by a designated distance, and manual operation input means 110A and 110B capable of inputting the designated direction and distance to the adjusting means. The control means is connected with the machine tool so as to capture operational signals from the manual operation input means, and the component 30A to be operated and designated directions 30b and 30C are distinguishably displayed on the display means in response to operations of the manual operation input means. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
