PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pixel signal processor and a pixel signal processing method, which can acquire a color level signal which can utilize dynamic range, regarding a distinct pixel signal of sensitivity between color. SOLUTION: In order to adjust the sensitivity between color pixels in processing a pixel signal from a color pixel of an image device, at the second amplification degree making them into a signal intensity, corresponding to a dynamic range in a latter image processing, a first amplifier, with which a first amplification degree to a pixel signal for each color pixel is adjusted; the color level signal of the maximum signal intensity among sensitivity settling pixel signals which are outputted from the first amplifier; and it has the second amplifier, which amplifies the sensitivity settling pixel signal and a computing element for subtracting the component of the black level signal from a pixel signal amplified by the second amplifier.
