PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sample analyzer capable of controlling a flow condition of a fluid in a fluid passage by simple structure. SOLUTION: This sample analyzer Z is constituted to make the first fluid passage 11 with the first solution flowing down therethrough and provided with a pair of the first valve elements 21a-21b synchronizedly opened and closed, and the second fluid passage 12 with the second solution flowing down therethrough and provided with a pair of the second valve elements 22a-22b synchronizedly opened and closed, commonized in one part of the first fluid passage 11 sandwiched with the pair of the first valve elements 21a-21b and one part of the second fluid passage 12 sandwiched with the pair of the second valve elements 22a-22b, and is provided with a microchip X for bioassay with a fluid control valve having an analytical means 14 for analyzing the second solution provided in the first fluid passage 11, and a valve control part Y capable of opening-and-closing-controlling the first valve elements 21a-21b and the second valve elements 22a-22b alternately.
