PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate noise of a spur 21b at a time of maintenance work with a simple mechanical structure. SOLUTION: When a carriage is stopped at a maintenance position, the carriage is put under a condition where an abutment lever 59 is pressed in an arrow E direction in the Fig. 8(b) at a rear end surface of the carriage to rotate an operation shaft 56 in a counterclockwise direction in the Fig. 8(b). Consequently, a push up operation part 58 pushes up an abutment body 55, a spur holder 53 rotates upward in clockwise direction in the Fig. 8(b) with resisting energizing force of a coil spring. Consequently, all spurs 21b separate from an upper surface of the paper delivery roller 21a, noise generated when an outer circumference end of the spur 21b slides on the paper delivery roller 21a is not generated when if the paper delivery roller 21a is driven and rotated.
