PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify a structure and reduce costs of an external setter capable of being connected with a control unit incorporated in a combustion device, comprising an input means for inputting set data of various set items relating to an operating condition of the combustion device, and transmitting the set data input by the input means to the control unit to store the same. SOLUTION: The input means is composed of a plurality of DIP switches 2, and a code signal represented by the combination of on/off of the DIP switches 2 is transmitted to the control unit 5a as the set data.
