PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To resolve a problem of belt slipping and belt squeaking at a resonance point without increasing a physique or a cost by providing a spring clutch mechanism using an already arranged torsion coil spring in a low torsional rigidity pulley unit. SOLUTION: In the low torsional rigidity pulley unit, the spring clutch mechanism is composed of the already arranged torsion spring coil 31, a ratchet 32 provided with an engagement face engaging with a free end of the torsion coil spring 31, and an energizing spring 33 energizing the ratchet 32 in a direction engaging with the torsion coil spring 31.
