PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a carbon dioxide heat pump cooling/heating system capable of arbitrarily switching each of cooling, heating and hot water supply operations and achieving sufficient cooling capacity in the cooling operation. SOLUTION: This carbon dioxide heat pump cooling/heating system comprises a cold/hot water line Lw communicated with a cooling/heating load side, a hot water storage tank 1 for storing hot water, and a circulating system 50 for circulating carbon dioxide as a refrigerant, is provided with a first heat exchanger 3 for exchanging heat between a high-pressure refrigerant in a supercritical state discharged from a compressor 2 and the water flowing in a line Lt communicated with the hot water storage tank 1, a second heat exchanger 4 for exchanging heat between the refrigerant and atmospheric air, a third heat exchanger 5 for exchanging heat between the refrigerant and cold/hot water flowing in the cold/hot water line Lw, and a fourth heat exchanger 6 for exchanging heat between the refrigerant toward the third heat exchanger 5 from the second heat exchanger 4, and the refrigerant after heat exchange in the third heat exchanger, and further has a first bypass line Lb1 and a second bypass line Lb2.
