PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hose clamp having predetermined fastening force at an intersection. SOLUTION: The hose clamp 1 comprises a looped clamp part 3, one-end and other-end operation parts 4, 5 provided at both ends of the clamp part 3 while extending outward, and a fastening bolt 12 for expanding a space between the one-end and other-end operation parts 4, 5 to enlarge/shrink the inner diameter of the clamp part 3. Herein, an overlap part 6 is provided where both ends of the clamp part 3 are overlapped with each other. When the space between both operation parts 4, 5 is expanded by the fastening bolt 12 to shrink the inner diameter of the clamp part 3, required fastening force is produced at the ends of the clamp part 3 by the overlap part 6.
