PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a forming device which does not take long time in repairing a sheet metal portion required to be repaired. SOLUTION: In the forming device, a main surface of a metal sheet is shot with shots which are energy-controlled by the air jet, and the metal sheet is formed by performing the peen forming so as to form a projection on the main surface side.
