<p>The device is designed as a cylindrical section rotating around a longitudinal axis (4) and with its two outer ends (1,2) serving as connection areas. The material of the pipe is provided with a multitude of parallel positioned slots (5). The slots (5) form acute angles with the upper (1) and lower edges (2).When one of the connection ends (1,2) is rotated the opposite end is axially moved by the bridges (3) formed between the slots (5).
