A method and a system for guiding arrival/departure of a passenger using a mobile terminal are provided to automatically transmit arrival/departure information of an SMS(Short Message Service) type to the mobile terminal of a previously registered receiver when the passenger passes an arrival or departure gate. A recognizer(240) receives a series of data from the mobile terminal(100). An airline company server(210) provides boarding information of the passengers. An arrival/departure management system(230) authenticates the mobile terminal, generates/stores the guide information, and informs a registered receiver terminal(300) of the guide information. The arrival/departure management server includes an arrival/departure guidance server(231) generating the guide information by extracting the related information from the airline company server and transmitting the guide information to the mobile terminal of the receiver in the SMS type, a member information database(232), a guide information database(233) storing the generated guide information, and an airline company database(234). |
