<p>Flywheel mechanism consist of the stator (1), the centre (5) of rotation, inner and outer flywheel mass (2, 3, 7) fixed on the arms (6) which are moved along circumference of stator (1) in stabile or variable operating speed. The centre (5) of rotation is placed in the geometric centre (4) or in different distance from the geo-metric centre (4). Flywheel mechanism generates directional oriented energy.</p> |
