A height adjusting vessel is provided to reduce the height thereof by giving pressure simply without removing the vessel in a narrow space or increase the height thereof by pulling a body of an upper vessel to the outside in a broad space. The height adjusting vessel includes a cover, an upper vessel, a lower vessel, an upper vessel side coupling portion(35), a handle(50), an upper vessel side coupling holder(36) and an inner vessel(2). The upper vessel side coupling portion(35) is installed inward in center portion of both sides of an upper vessel body of the upper vessel, and has a groove shape. The handle is installed at the end of the upper vessel side coupling portion(35). The upper vessel side coupling holder(36) is disposed on the upper part of the handle(50) and protrudes to the inner side.
