A clean mask and a clean cap are provided to prevent a worker's glasses from getting fogged by the worker's breath in case that the worker puts on glasses in a clean manufacturing line. The clean mask includes: a lining material(110) that comes into contact with the face; a filter piled on the lining, and passing air and filtering a pollutant; an outer material(130) piled on the outside of the filter; a contact unit(140) adhered closely to the face by being attached to the upper end of the lining material; and a band(150) attached to both sides of the piled members, that is, the lining material, filter, and outer material.
