METHOD FOR MAKING LIQUID LENS

A method for manufacturing a liquid lens is provided to clarify a focused image by completely removing micro-vapors from the liquid lens by driving a voltage apply unit before final coupling of the liquid lens. An electrode layer(210) is formed on the upper surface of a first plate(200). An insulation layer(230) is formed on the outer surface of a cylinder(215). The lower surface of the cylinder is attached to the upper surface of the first plate. A voltage apply unit(245) is coupled with the electrode layer and temperature cylinder. First liquid(250) is injected into the first plate and the cylinder to adjust the focal length of a liquid lens. The voltage apply unit is controlled to remove vapors from the cylinder. Second liquid(255) is injected into the first plate and the cylinder to adjust the focal length of the liquid lens. An upper surface of the cylinder is attached to the lower surface of a second plate by an adhesive agent.
