A wheel cap of a vehicle is provided to improve the recognition performance of logos and patterns designed at the emblem and present a fine spectacle by precluding the emblem from being rotated even through the wheel is rotated. A wheel cap of a vehicle comprises a cap body(60) combined to be integrally rotated at the wheel; an emblem(70) fitted between bearings(80) in the cap body; and a mass(70') where the gravity center of the emblem is placed at the lower part to prevent the emblem from being rotated. A cover part(60') is integrally mounted at the cap body to conceal the bearing. The mass comprises a reinforcement part relatively more reinforced at the lower part of the rear of the emblem than other parts.
