摘要 A control device for automatically removing a film layer of a low-E glass and a control method thereof are provided to keep a gap between low-E glass plates vacuum by bonding a spacer bar and the low-E glass plates by automatically removing the film layer formed at the edge of the low-E glass plate before a process for producing a pair of glass by attaching the low-E glass plates on both sides of the spacer bar. The control device for automatically removing a film layer of a low-E glass is composed of a sensor converting the machining distance of a header removing the film layer of the low-E glass into time and controlling the machining distance and a control unit moving and stopping the header rotated at 360 degrees and installed at the edge of the low-E glass plate to remove the film layer of the low-E glass by grinding the film layer of predetermined width by using the sensor, converting the machining width of the film layer input by a user, into time and adding the converted result to the sensor, and controlling the entire operation to execute a function necessary to automatically remove the film layer of the low-E glass.
