PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin pipe for a blind having the natural hand approximate to that of natural materials in spite of the resin pipe, making it easy to obtain uniform products with good productivity and to provide a method for manufacturing the same. SOLUTION: The resin pipe for the blind which consists of a foamed poly- propylene (PP) resin, has longitudinal stripe patterns at a fine pitch over the entire part of the pipe surface and is formed with random rugged patterns larger than the stripe patterns is provided. The resin pipe is manufactured by feeding raw materials consisting of the PP resin and a foaming agent into an extruder, melting and mixing the mixture in the extruder, extruding the mixture from a die having an annular aperture, leading the extrudate into a cooling tank and taking off and cutting the extrudate without stretching after solidifying the same.
