A multi-face cubic type RF amplifier module is provided to prevent a lowering effect of reliability due to an external temperature rise by coupling thermally heating components with a water-cooled radiator. A multi-face cubic type RF amplifier module is composed of one or more groups of pairs of RF FET boards. The groups of pairs of RF FET boards are coupled with each other by using a push-pull method. The groups of pairs of RF FET boards are attached in a shape of ring to a water-cooled radiator having a structure of two or more angles. An output transformer(40) is disposed at a center of a cooling water line of the water-cooled radiator. A radiating solid material is filled into a gap between the output transformer and the cooling water line in order to radiate the heat of the output transformer by using the cooling water. |
