SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR DISTRIBUTION OF BROADCASTING AND MULTIMEDIA CONTENTS

A system and a method for distributing broadcasting contents are provided to obtain additional earnings by issuing only the use right for the broadcasting contents broadcasted once and prize the first user legally distributing the broadcasting contents. The first terminal(200) stores DRM(Digital Rights Management) contents by receiving the broadcasting contents encoded through a CAS(Conditional Access System)(120). The second terminal(300) plays the DRM contents by buying the use right through a content ID included in the DRM contents and receiving the DRM contents. A broadcasting station server(100A) provides the requested use right to the second terminal and provides rewards by extracting a user ID through the content ID.
