Provided is a battery pack including a plurality of cells, which shows a decreased temperature difference between cells in the battery pack, and thus has excellent power storage and output efficiency. The battery pack comprises: a plurality of flat cells(10), comprising a power generation device sealed with a laminate film; a casing(2) for housing the cells stacked in the thickness direction, which has an opening formed in at least one end thereof; a lead member(5) fixed to the opening of the casing and pressurizing the cells; a base member(6) provided between the last cell and the casing on the side opposite to the opening of the casing; a first tray(1a) provided between the cells while being in contact with the casing; a second tray(1b) provided between the lead member and the cell while being in contact with the casing; and a third tray provided between the base member and the cell while being in contact with the casing, wherein the lead member and the base member is formed of a material having a heat conductivity lower than the heat conductivity of any one of the first, the second and the third trays.
