A plasma display panel is provided to quickly transfer heat between discharge spaces by forming a thermal conductor along a portion of barrier ribs. A front substrate(31) and a rear substrate(41) are disposed opposite to each other. An address electrode(42) is formed on a surface of the rear substrate. A rear dielectric layer(43) is formed on the rear substrate to cover the address electrode. Barrier ribs(44) are formed on the rear substrate to form a discharge space(45) filled with discharge gas. A thermal conductor(51) is extended along one side of the barrier ribs. A phosphor layer(46) is applied on the barrier ribs in the discharge space. X-display electrodes(33) and Y-display electrodes(34) are formed on the front substrate. A front dielectric layer(35) is formed on the front substrate to cover the X and Y-display electrodes. A protective layer(36) is formed on the front dielectric layer.
