A display device, and a driving apparatus and an integrated circuit thereof are provided to prevent the defect of image quality due to the difference between the charging rates of pixels by reflecting the distortion of common voltage generated by changing the polarity for the voltage of a data signal, to the voltage of the data signal output to the pixel. A driving apparatus of a display device includes a plurality of pixels(PX); a reference gradation voltage generator(800) generating plural reference gradation voltages; and a data driving unit(500) generating plural gradation voltages on the basis of plural reference gradation voltages, selecting the gradation voltage corresponding to an image signal(R,G,B) applied from the outside, from the gradation voltages, and applying a data signal to the pixels by adding common voltage(Vcom) to the selected gradation voltage.
