A pumping system is provided to spray water to an outside thereof by using a force carrying the water without a mechanical spraying unit. A pumping system includes a cylinder(103), a bucket(111), a water supply unit, a lifting rack(114), a pinion(141), a rotation unit, a supporting resilient member(115), and a pump(125). The supporting resilient member is resiliently installed between the lower side of the lifting rack and the ground. The pump is engaged with one side of a rotational shaft. The pump pulls up the water in an auxiliary tank to a water supply pipe by the rotation of an impeller and is positioned on an auxiliary support.
