摘要 A method for manufacturing a high efficient garbage disintegrating equipment that is constructed in simple structure and operated continuously and repeatedly without release of pollutants so as to promptly treat a large amount of garbage at low installation cost and maintenance cost is provided. A method for manufacturing a high efficient garbage disintegrating equipment comprises: sorting vermiculite powder with high porosity and far-infrared ray emissivity, and foaming the sorted vermiculite powder(2) in a foaming machine(1) to expand pores of the vermiculite powder; transferring the foamed vermiculite powder to a microorganism adsorbing machine, mixing and stirring the foamed vermiculite powder with a fermentation enzyme, and simultaneously performing adsorption and aging at controlled temperature, humidity and oxygen content for about 24 hours to prepare a vermiculite powder catalyst having several million strains adsorbed onto pores thereof; filling the prepared vermiculite powder catalyst into a garbage disintegrating machine containing garbage such that about a quarter of the capacity of the machine is remained as an excess space, preheating the vermiculite powder catalyst for about 10 minutes, injecting the preheated vermiculite powder catalyst into garbage, and completely degrading and disintegrating garbage by controlling oxygen supply and gas exhaustion while rotating an agitation shaft at 80 deg.C and 80 to 100 revolutions per minute, thereby operating the machine for about 30 minutes.
