An IC card, a mobile terminal, a terminal device, and a point reduction system equipped with a point reducing function, and a recording medium for the same are provided to make a point reduction interface convenient and expand utilization of the IC card by reducing point information stored in the IC card of a user or a memory of the mobile terminal based on point reduction rule information. The IC card(100) includes an IC chip(105). The IC chip includes an I/O(Input/Output) interface(110) needed for reducing points, a processor(115), and the memory(120). The memory stores the point information, point accumulation time information, and point expiration information. A processor checks the point accumulation time information and the point expiration information stored in the memory, and reduces the points stored in the memory according to expiration of the points. |
