Provided is collagen-containing chewing gum, which comprises a larger amount of collagen as compared to gum obtained by mixing collagen with a gum base, and shows an improved skin cosmetic effect. The collagen-containing chewing gum is obtained by the method comprising: (a) a step(S110) of mixing collagen powder, starch syrup or bee honey, ascorbic acid and a flavor; (b) a step(S120) of rolling the mixture to form a collagen sheet; (c) a step(S130) of mixing a gum base with collagen, a sweetening agent and a flavor in a separate container; (d) a step(S140) of rolling the gum base to obtain a gum base sheet; (e) a step(S150) of attaching the gum base sheet to the top and bottom surfaces of the collagen sheet; (f) a step(S160) of coating the surface of the laminate obtained from step (e) with gelatin sol or mixed sol containing gelatin and sodium alginate to prevent degeneration; (g) a step(S170) of cutting the gum; and (h) a step(S180) of packaging the gum.
