A removable internal type antenna module and a mobile communication terminal having the same are provided to enhance communication quality by preventing the loss in a specific frequency band or the deterioration of antenna gain. In a removable internal type antenna module, an antenna(500) transceives a communication signal corresponding to a preset frequency band. An antenna case is made of material having permittivity without the influence on the transceiving of communication signal of the antenna(500) and has a connecting unit electrically connected to a printed circuit board inside the mobile communication terminal. The antenna(500) is inserted and fixed into the inside of the antenna case.
