Provided is a device for adjusting the angle of backboard, which has many elastic bodies, and is arranged in both-side frames to which a user applies a weight load through the backboard, so that the elastic force is increased through a mutual action of two springs and the weight load is dispersed so as to improve the comfortableness. The device for adjusting the angle of chair backboard comprises: a supporting member(110), configured in such a manner that a space with a determined interval is formed in both sides of frames for supporting the chair backboard, and that upper and lower parts of the space are closed, and carrying out a supporting function; and an elastic member(120), of which one side is fixed to the supporting member(110) and of which other side is inserted into the supporting member(110) and connected to the supporting member(110), wherein a compressing spring(123) and an acting spring(127) are fixed respectively to front or rear side, and are mutually floated backward and forward by a determined angle so as to return the elastic member(120) to an original position.
