A method for providing a photo frame is provided to allow a user to capture an object segment broadcasting screen, which is manufactured by segmenting an image into objects, thereby utilizing the object segment broadcasting screen as the photo frame in a terminal device of the user. Broadcasting contents, which are manufactured by segmenting an image into objects, are transmitted to a mobile telecommunication terminal device(S20). The received broadcasting contents are displayed on a screen(S40). If information for capture is included in the broadcasting contents, an indication for capture is displayed(S60). When a screen capture input command is inputted by a user, object images which are to be a photo frame are segmented from the screen and then captured(S90). The segmented object images are stored in a photo album storage(S100).
