An ozone sterilizing apparatus is provided to achieve the simple structure and the sterilization in the state of low temperature, to reduce the operation costs because there is no necessity for supplying a separate raw material for generating the ozone, and to allow the usage of the oxygen as a raw material. The ozone sterilizing apparatus comprises: a sterilizing box(10), inside which a closing space is formed so that a sterilized product is arranged in the closing space and sterilized; an ozone generator(20), connected to the sterilizing box(10), and generating an ozone by using atmospheric plasma, so as to supply the latter to the sterilizing box(10); and an oxygen supply member(30), connected to the ozone generator(20), and supplying an oxygen to the ozone generator(20), wherein the oxygen supply member(30) is configured as an oxygen tank, filled with a determined amount of oxygen. |
