An apparatus for receiving DMB(Digital Multimedia Broadcasting) is provided to receive and reproduce integrated terrestrial DMB and satellite DMB by reproducing a video signal and an audio signal transmitted from a DMB receiver according to synchronization information. A DMB receiver(106) includes a terrestrial DMB receiving module(106a) and a satellite DMB receiving module(106b). The DMB receiver tunes and demodulates terrestrial DMB and satellite DMB. An inverse multiplexer(108) separates a transport stream, which is transmitted from the DMB receiver, into a video stream and an audio stream. A synchronizer(110) supplies synchronization information transmitted from the inverse multiplexer. A decoder(112) processes the video stream and the audio stream according to the synchronization information. A controller(104) supplies control signals for respectively controlling the DMB receiver, the inverse multiplexer, the synchronizer, and the decoder.
