A mobile telecommunication terminal and a server having a function for transmitting and receiving broadcasting information and a system and a method for transmitting broadcasting information are provided to produce the new information by means of the information on the received broadcasting program. A receiving member(110) receives the broadcasting information from a broadcasting management server(180). A storage member(120) stores the broadcasting discrimination information included in the received broadcasting information. A control member(130) determines the transmission of the broadcasting discrimination information stored in the storage member toward an information management server(190). A transmission member(140) transmits the broadcasting discriminating information to the information management server according to the control signal of the control member.
