A statement of the printing operations performed, and a statement of itemized amounts of stamp duty of the printed stamps are periodically established. A connection is made by an authentication service for communicating the encoded authentication number and for registering one item of identity data concerning a purchaser. An independent claim is also included for a system for securely processing stamp-duty stamps.</p> |
