A TV having a function for notifying the signal input from an external device is provided to output the external signal from the external device to the TV, thereby enhancing the user's convenience. A tuned broadcasting signal is processed as video and audio signals by a broadcasting process block so that the process video and audio signals are outputted through a display panel and a speaker(S100). When an external signal is inputted(S110), a control member drives a guide window producing member so that a guide window is activated(S120). A user selects a confirmation button by using a remote controller or an input panel(S130). Thereafter, a control member provides the external signal to an external signal process block and the processed video and audio signals are outputted through the display panel and the speaker(S140).
