A ventilation unit for an air conditioner is provided to obtain a blower fan in which a suction part and an exhaust part are integrated together, for minimizing a space occupied by the blower fan in a casing and reducing a volume of the casing. A ventilation unit for an air conditioner includes a casing, in which a blower fan(34) to be driven by a motor(35) is mounted. The blower fan has an exhaust part(34a) for discharging room air and a suction part(34b) for inhaling atmospheric air, wherein the exhaust part is integrated with the suction part. An exhaust path(31) is provided in the casing for guiding the discharge of the room air and connected to the exhaust part of the blower fan. A suction path is provided in the casing for guiding the suction of atmospheric air and connected to the suction part of the blower fan.
