A solder feeding equipment that prevents sectional shape of a solder from being deformed by feeding the solder through a circular passage formed by grooves of a drive gear and a driven gear, and prevents reciprocal slipping of the solder generated due to rotation of the gears by allowing the entire outer peripheral surface of the solder to receive friction force uniformly when the solder passes through the circular passage is provided. A solder feeding equipment comprises: a drive gear(10) having semicircular grooves formed on the center of an outer peripheral surface thereof and a driven gear(20) having semicircular grooves formed on the center of an outer peripheral surface thereof to feed a solder through a circular passage formed by the grooves of the drive gear and the driven gear when the drive gear and the drive gear are engaged and operated with each other; a rotation shaft of the drive gear which passes through a supporting bracket(50) fixed to a housing and is rotatably mounted on the supporting bracket, and of which a lower end is inserted into the electric gear; an electric gear(70) which is disposed on a lower portion of the supporting bracket and engaged and operated with a gear(84) formed on a drive shaft(82) of a motor(80) mounted on the housing; a feeding guide pipe(90) mounted on the supporting bracket to guide feeding of the solder; and a discharge guide pipe(92) mounted on the supporting bracket to guide the solder passing through the circular passage of the drive gear and the driven gear.
