MAKING METHOD OF HYBRID LIGHT GUIDE PANEL AND THE HYBRID LIGHT GUIDE PANEL

A hybrid light guiding plate and a method for manufacturing the hybrid light guiding plate are provided to activate the diffuse reflectance, thereby raising the efficiency of light, by forming a micro-pattern on a metal master, which consists of a substrate having a nano-pattern, in a single body. A nano-pattern is formed on a substrate using a nano-mask obtained by a nano-pattern designing process. A meal thin film is deposited on the resultant substrate comprising the nano-pattern(S80) through a sputtering process. The resultant substrate comprising the metal thin film is electroplated to obtain a metal master having a plating layer through an electroplating process(S90). A micro-pattern is formed on the metal master through a micro-machining process(S100).
