POWER AMPLIFIER

摘要

A power amplifier is provided to extend an operational region by forming a structure with a plurality of drive amplifier stages and a power amplifier stage. A power amplifier includes a plurality of drive amplifier stages(501,502) having a plurality of stages and a power amplifier stage(503). The power amplifier drives the drive amplifier stage of the next stage or the power amplifier stage by using an output signal of the drive amplifier stage and is connected with an output terminal through a matching circuit. The matching circuit is composed of transmission lines and parasitic capacitance components of transistors of the drive amplifier stages and the power amplifier stage.
