A system and a method for offering management and information to a partner are provided to offer a management support service for sharing information for cooperation between a parent company and a partner, monitoring/analyzing the information such as company information, a sale/financial situation, and a credit level, and supporting a decision. An information provider server(100) transfers general/categorized news information, industry/company trend information, and educational content information to an information processing engine(320) in a management company server(300). A cooperated company server(200) provides member/application information by connecting to the management company server to receive the management support service, perform financial diagnosis, customer management, and credit information management by transmitting value-added tax information, financial information, and credit inspection information to an information receiving module(310) of the management company server, exchanges management support information by forming a community(361) with a parent company server(500), and receives a bill for the received information. |
