Provided are an elvan cosmetic soap which is neutral, is reduced in the stimulus to the skin, is improved in moisturizing effect and radiates far infrared rays, and its preparation method. The elvan cosmetic soap comprises 30-35 wt% of an oil; 15-25 wt% of an elvan fine powder; 11-20 wt% of sodium hydroxide; 10-15 wt% of a green tea extract concentrated solution; 3-10 wt% of glycerin; 2-5 wt% of a grapefruit extract; 2-5 wt% of ethanol; a small amount of natural dye and natural perfume; and purified water. Preferably the elvan fine powder has a particle size of 250-300 mesh, and is prepared by pulverizing an elvan raw ore, dipping it in purified water and drying the floating elvan powder. |
