MANUFACTURING METHOD OF ANTICANCER EGG AND ANTICANCER EGG

A method for making functional eggs having anti-cancer property is provided to allow application of eggs as a health-aid food having anti-cancer property by feeding easily available sargassum fulvellum and gleditsia japonica var. koraensis NAKAI to chickens. The method for making functional eggs having anti-cancer property comprises the steps of: mixing sargassum fulvellum with 5-15 wt% of gleditsia japonica var. koraensis NAKAI based on the total weight of sargassum fulvellum; carrying out hydrothermal extraction of the mixture to obtain extract; diluting the extract with distilled water in a ratio of 1:40-60; feeding the diluted extract to chickens as drinking water in an amount of 150-250 ml per day; and collecting functional eggs from the chickens.
