APPARATUS FOR MANUFACTURING FLUORESCENT LAMP

An apparatus for manufacturing a fluorescent lamp is provided to shorten an aging time and reduce an error rate by controlling a local condensing effect of mercury vapor. A supporting unit(110) is installed inside a furnace in order to support a fluorescent lamp(10). A vacuum exhaust unit(130) is arranged at one side of the furnace and exhausts a plurality of discharge channels in a vacuum state. A mercury heating unit(144) is arranged inside the furnace and injects mercury vapor in the inside of the discharge channels by inducing the generation of the mercury vapor. A transferring unit(150) transfers the supporting unit from one side to the other side of the furnace.
